About Pam Howard
Pamela W. Howard is an instructor, designer, and author specializing in couture techniques and fabulous fit. A national instructor for the American Sewing Guild and member of ASG Atlanta, she has taught at Original Sewing and Quilt Conventions across the country. Pam taught popular online classes with Craftsy, including The Classic Tailored Shirt, Jacket Fitting Techniques, Modern Jacket Techniques, and Next Level Knits.
Her work has been featured in Threads Magazine—where she created the trench coat on the cover of Issue #112 and test patterns for Threads Magazine Pattern Review. In Sew News Magazine, where she authored the Master Class column (2018–2020) and made the Bow Welt jacket for the Aug/Sept 2018 cover.
Through her business, Pamela’s Closet Inc., Pam offers private and semi-private classes as well as virtual consultations for fit and sewing projects.
